Topmarkz’s auto service was created with one main goal — to provide a high level of technical work, organization and service for vehicles with air, adaptive and electronically controlled suspension.
Work is organized by a team of 4 qualified mechanics and 1 manager, who stays in constant communication with the mechanics, the office and the customers. This way, every piece of information about the vehicle — the issue identified, the work performed, and the actions needed — is tracked throughout the whole process.
The goal is simple: the highest possible service quality, clear communication, and control over every vehicle that comes into the shop.
A New, Purpose-Built Facility
The auto service is located in a brand-new, purpose-owned building, designed and equipped for professional automotive work.
The facility has its own parking area of around 2 decares (roughly 2,000 m²), allowing convenient reception, storage and maneuvering of vehicles and specialized equipment without relying on external parking.
7 Lifts and Specialized Service Bays
The shop has 7 lifts, allowing simultaneous work on multiple vehicles.
The equipment also includes a lift suitable for armored and heavy vehicles, enabling service for vehicles with greater curb weight and specific requirements for service equipment.
We also have a service pit with a vibration test stand, used to check and pinpoint mechanical issues in the running gear and suspension.
Specialized Diagnostics for Air and Adaptive Suspension
We have specialized diagnostic equipment for testing, checking and diagnosing air and adaptive systems.
Diagnostics allow us to check the electronic modules, sensors, valves, compressors and other system components, as well as verify the system after repair or installation.
This makes it possible to pinpoint the issue before starting the repair, and to re-check the system once it’s complete.
Calibration and Precision Adjustment
The shop has a dedicated calibration station for air and adaptive suspension systems, equipped with an inclinometer for precise measurement and setting of the required parameters.
Correct calibration is especially important for vehicles where ride height and vehicle position are electronically monitored. It ensures the system operates with the correct reference values after repair or installation.
Specialized Service Equipment
In our day-to-day work, we use specialized tools and equipment developed for components where standard service methods aren’t sufficient.
This includes an induction heating unit for professional localized heating, allowing controlled heating of specific points when removing tightly fastened or corroded components, without the need for aggressive heating of the whole part.
We also have equipment for nitrogen charging of systems, used for specific procedures and systems where this is required.
Customer Area
For repairs that can be completed within a few hours or the same day, we have a dedicated customer waiting area.
This allows the customer to wait on-site while the vehicle is being serviced, instead of losing an entire day to travel and transport arrangements.
